Return & Exchange Policy

We take great care in providing very accurate size charts, material and product descriptions on every product so you can make the most informed choices possible. But you can’t try on great music merch through your computer screen. We understand. That's why we strive to make our return policy as simple as possible.

We want you to love the music merch you ordered. So in case what you got doesn't work for you, we'll send you a new size, color or style, or quickly issue you a refund. Take a look at our complete returns & exchanges policy below:



EXCHANGES

If you would like an EXCHANGE, you are responsible for paying for the shipping back to us. We will pay for the shipping to send your exchange back to you!

If you want to exchange your Bluescentric Brand apparel for any reason, including an exchange for a different size, we are happy to help!

For exchanges, simply fill out this form and include it in your return package within 30 days of delivery.

Please note, you do not need to add your Credit Card # to the form for straight exchanges. We only need the card number if there is an additional charge. you can also request we call/contact you to take the number.

We cannot accept apparel exchanges which have been washed. If you feel there may be a defect or issue with a garment after its first wash, please get in touch with our Stage Crew, who can assist.

Once we receive an exchange, it will usually ship within roughly a week. You will receive an email with tracking information automatically when your exchange ships.



RETURNS

If you would like to RETURN an item or items for a refund, you are responsible for paying for the shipping back to us.

For returns, simply fill out this form and include it in your return package within 30 days of your purchase.

Refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days. After which, it may take up to five (5) business days to appear on your card, depending on your bank.

Please note, you do not need to add your Credit Card # to the form for straight returns. We only need the card number if there is an additional charge. You can also request we call/contact you to take the card number.

All returns that take advantage of a FREE SHIPPING offer are subject to a restock fee of 17% of your order total.

All returns that take advantage of a FREE T-SHIRT offer: If you return all purchased shirts, you are welcome to keep the bonus t-shirt for an additional restock fee of $12.50 per order. If you return the bonus t-shirt, you will not be charged for it.

NO INTERNATIONAL RETURNS. Sorry, there are no returns for orders outside of the U.S. Only orders shipped within the United States are eligible for returns.

We cannot accept apparel returns which have been washed. If you feel there may be a defect/issue with a garment after its first wash, please get in touch with our Stage Crew, who can assist.

You will receive an email with refund information automatically when your return is refunded.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7 to 14 business days of receiving your return. Please remember it can take some time (usually around a week) for your bank or credit card company to process & post the refund, after it has been made.



Did you receive a Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Product?

There is no need to fill out a return form or mail the product back. We work hard to make sure our products are all free of issues or defects. But if for any reason we hit a wrong note and your order is defective, damaged, or otherwise incorrect, please get in touch with our Stage Crew right away and we’ll do whatever is necessary to fix the problem.



Entered or Shipped To a Wrong Address?

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all of your shipping information is correct. Bluescentric is not responsible for orders delivered to addresses that were incorrectly input.

We do make every effort to verify each address to catch potential errors, but this is no guarantee it will arrive if you've entered an incorrect addresss.

If you need to correct an address, please get in touch with our Stage Crew immediately.

Orders that are returned & must be reshipped are subject to a 17% reshipment fee.



Lost or Stolen Package?

Bluescentric is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your postal carrier or call the United States Postal Service Customer Support Phone at 1 (800) 742-5877. It would also help us to know about a missing package, so please get in touch with our Stage Crew if you have a problem.

Once a case is opened, the Postal Inspector may contact you, and/or utilize your carrier's GPS location data. They have a high rate of success with issues!

Decals & Sticker Issues?

All vinyl decals, (vehicle, instrument, and wall) are cut in-house. Due to the custom cutting, our array of available colors, and the sensitivity of decals, we cannot accept returns or refunds on vinyl decal or sticker products.

Be careful when putting stickers on! We cannot replace decals that have been improperly or poorly applied! If you need help, give our Stage Crew a call!

If there was a manufacturing error with the design or the product, we will replace the product at no cost to you! However, you must make the exchange before the product is applied to a surface.
