This is a Bluescentric Brand Tempo Records London Long Sleeve T-Shirt, available in sizes from Small up to 5XL! This is a pre-shrunk 100% heavy cotton (athletic heather 99%) 6 oz long sleeve tee. Double-needle sleeve and bottom hem. 

The design reads TEMPO Records / Piccadilly Arcade / London S.W. 1 / Est 1946

Tempo Records was a famed independent Jazz record label founded in Great Britain in 1946. The label was located in the fast paced Piccadilly Arcade in London. Through the mid-1950s, Tempo played an important part in spreading Jazz music throughout the world.
