Official Charlie Parker, every sale directly benefits the Jazz pioneer's estate.

This Charlie Parker art is an homage to the Jazz saxophonist's Kansas City hometown. The design features several iconic photos of Parker. The map in the lower left marks the spot where the Jazz giant was born, and the drawing of the bird pays tribute to his longtime "Bird" nickname. The text reads "Charlie Parker" and "Kansas City".

Born on Freeman Ave in Kansas City, a young Charlie Parker was said to practice his craft in the nearby city park, before starting to slip into jams at one of the city's many jazz clubs. Soon, he dropped out of high school and began pursuing music full time. Parker's improvisational, cross-chord style broke loose a dam in Jazz music, opening the way for a flood of creativity in what was becoming Jazz -- America's greatest export.
