Description
Officially Licensed. Chicagoland's storied Vee-Jay records was founded in 1953 in Gary, Indiana and discovered Jimmy Reed and John Lee Hooker, who accompanied himself on percussion in-studio by stomping on a plywood board.

Vee-Jay released hits like "Duke of Earl" and "Sherry", and was also the first U.S. company to release The Beatles in the states. Two years later, the label was bankrupt.

This Bluescentric Brand vintage style tee is a comfortable, lightweight (4.2oz) Canvas™ t shirt. Solid colors are 100% combed, ringspun cotton. Athletic Heather is 90% cotton. All other Heather colors are 52% cotton, 48% poly. Sizes run true. Favorite tees are lighter and slightly more fitted compared to the Classic Gildan tees.
