This is a new, 50th Anniversary limited edition translucent blue colored vinyl LP pressing of Willie Dixon's 1970 album "I Am The Blues"!

Released on Chess Records in 1970, I Am The Blues was Dixon's sixth album, and largely featured a collection of songs he'd originally penned for other performers.

Featured Dixon on vocals and bass, Walter Horton on harmonica, Sunnyland Slim on piano, Johnny Shines on guitar, Lafayette Leake on piano, Clifton James on drums.

All songs written by Willie Dixon, except as indicated.
