This is a special imported Music on Vinyl 180 gram vinyl LP record pressing of Miles Davis' Sketches of Spain in MONO.

Recorded in New York City, Sketches of Spain was released July 18th, 1960. The beautiful opening track, Concierto de Aranjuez, is nearly half the album. Fans and critics always consider this one of Davis' most accessible albums. 

The beautiful, wisping melodies and flamenco influences create an instrumental masterpiece. Some rightfully questioned whether it was Jazz or something else. When asked about the 'genre', Miles Davis simply replied to Rolling Stone, "It's music, and I like it".
