In 1967, from June 16 - June 18, the three-day Monterey International Pop Music Festival was a lightning rod for America's cultural shift, with performances by Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Otis Redding, The Grateful Dead, Ravi Shankur, The Who, The Butterfield Blues Band, Booker T and the MGs, and many others to an estimated 50-90,000 festival-goers. It was Jimi's first American concert.

This Bluescentric Brand Monterey International Pop Festival 1967 t-shirt is available in premium lightweight 4.2oz vintage style sizes up to 4XL. Solid colors are 100% combed, ringspun cotton. Athletic Heather is 90% cotton. All other Heather colors are 52% cotton, 48% poly. Sizes run true. These t shirts are lighter and slightly more fitted compared to the Classic Gildan tees.
