Excello Records and Slim Harpo released Baby Scratch My Back/I'm Gonna Miss you Like The Devil in 1966 on a 7 inch vinyl 45rpm single back. It was the label's first #1 hit, lasting 2 weeks on the R&B chart.

This is the actual record label from that original release, professionally printed on a quality long sleeve t-shirt.
