Frequently Asked Questions
Do you ship internationally?
YES! In fact, we've shipped to over 65 countries! We try hard to make international shipping as quick and painless as possible. When you check out, simply select your country from the list, and a simple flat rate will be added to your total, usually around $8.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you aren't satisfied with any of our products, it is our pledge to do whatever we can to make it right, and if we can't, we'll happily refund your money. We care about our fellow music lovers, fellow musicians, and their thousands of families that come to us each year for gifts. Please see our Return Policy page for our complete policy.
Are the tees Preshrunk? Are they 100% cotton? Do you have my size?
Oh, we have your size. ALL unisex tees are available up to 5XL in black and brown! Usually, all ladies styles are available up to 2XL. Hoodies and any outerwear may vary, but are generally available up to 2XL.
Tees are preshrunk and do not shrink in the wash! All tees are 100% cotton with the possible exception of heather grey and blackberry, which are both 50% polyester. Not all tees are available in heather colors. It's also possible that the "Red rock" maroon color may be 50% poly as well, depending on availability. By Spring 2016, all Red Rock color will be 50% poly.
Do your shirts run large/small?
Our tees are very standard fit; we rarely have returns for non-fitting sizes -- but you can rest assured we can happily exchange your size if it doesn't fit! Just see our Return Policy. Most shirt sizes and dimensions are given below the pictures on any apparel product page for easy reference.
Do you recycle?
We recycle nearly 95% of all recyclable products in our shop, including all apparel printing byproduct! Our paper is printed on at least 30% post-consumer recycled material, and all of our shipping and packing material is fully recyclable. Blues is about the human condition, and we're all in this together. That's why we strive to do our part to be a responsible, sustainable company so music lovers get quality gear to express their passion and ♻ Help us keep the impact on the stage, not the landfill! Please recycle!
Are your shirts/products made in America?
Blues music is a beautiful universal language, but shopping local is important to communities. That's why we proudly and exclusively buy through U.S.-based companies for all of our products. Calendars, magazines, posters, koozies, stickers, glasses and other non-apparel products are all 100% made right here in America! In addition, we're proud to actually own and operate the t-shirt shop (and two employees) that hand print every piece of apparel you order, right in Missouri, the heart of the U.S.
While we get all of our standard "blank tees" (tees before we screen print them) from a local Kansas City warehouse and the tees even use authentic, American-grown cotton, manufacturers often mill their t-shirts in other countries and there's no way to control where the blank tees we get were milled from. So while we carry only the most standard, high quality tees, we can't always guarantee t-shirts will be stitched in the U.S. We can say that every shirt is professionally printed, quality inspected, and hand-packed with pride and good vibes in our Columbia, Missouri shop.
We're a small business and we sincerely appreciate your support! We're so thankful for the loyalty of the many incredible blues fans that have continued to purchase our products, and we'll continue to strive to give them the best possible blues merchandise we can make!

All of our apparel is stocked right in our Missouri shop from a local Kansas City warehouse, and every t-shirt model that we carry is carefully hand-selected and tested for the right blend of quality and comfort. You can be confident that we only stock apparel we'd wear ourselves! Our standard tees are 5.3 ounces, pre-shrunk, and all of our shirts are 100% cotton (any heather shirts are 50/50 poly).
Ladies tees are Bella/Anvil, a high-quality, semi-fitted cut specifically made for women. Sizes and dimensions are available in each t-shirt description! We also recently began carrying comfortable 100% cotton ladies' v-necks.
