This is a Bluescentric Brand Blind Lemon Jefferson baseball tee, available in comfortable sizes up to 2XL. The material is lightweight 4oz 91/9 poly/ringspun cotton with 3/4 length sleeves.

This distressed design features the only known photo of Jefferson, with a guitar resting on his lap. Nobody knows the exact guitar he is holding, but it was likely a cheap Stella, as was common for the time.

Lemon Henry "Blind Lemon" Jefferson was an American blues and gospel singer-songwriter and musician.

Born to sharecroppers in 1893 in Texas, Jefferson lead a somewhat itinerant life, playing street corners and small joints until he was discovered by A&R people from Paramount Records.

Jefferson recorded some 90 tracks over the following seven years, largely for Paramount. Several songs like "Long Lonesome Blues" were large runaway hits of the time.

Like a ghost, nobody really knows much about Jefferson or his life. He may have had a wife and child, he may have been given a car & chauffeur by his record label... Even his death is shrouded in mystery. At just 36 years old, he died in Chicago, Illinois under unknown circumstances that are long lost to time. Paramount paid for the return of his body back to his home in Texas in 1929.
