This design features the cover of Paul Butterfield Blues Band's second album, with lightly distressed edges. The cover was shot at the Chicago Museum of Science and Industry.

Paul Butterfield Blues Band's second album "East-West" was recorded at the famed Chess Studio in July 1966 and released just one month later. 

The album features originals and covers by Allan Toussaint, Robert Johnson, Muddy Waters, and some traditional numbers. This is the first Butterfield Blues Band album to feature Elvin Bishop contributing some guitar solo work.
