Dan Aykroyd rented an old bar at 282 Hudson for the coveted NYC parking space, near the SNL studio, and operated an unlicensed blues bar for the cast and crew, including instruments for jams. It was here that he and John Belushi developed their "Blues Brothers" characters -- and their lifelong Blues passion.

Description
This Bluescentric Brand official Johnny Winter t-shirt comes in classic heavy 100% preshrunk cotton sizes S-5XL. Heather colors are 50/50. Sizes run very true, and have minimal, if any, shrinking. This is a standard go-to t shirt.

Perhaps a controversial choice of name, Johnny Winter's Second Winter was technically his third album, after Progressive Blues Experiment and Johnny Winter.

Recorded in Nashville and released in 1969, it was the last to feature Winter's original backing band, including his brother Edgar Winter on keyboards & sax, Tommy Shannon on bass and Uncle John Turner on drums. The result is a loud, proud, trailblazing electric guitar symphony that is Second Winter.

"Winter is stunning," wrote Rolling Stone back in 1969, "with imaginative arrangements of very familiar material, ginmill earthy musicianship, and definitive rock and roll by anybody's standards."

Every sale directly benefits the Winter estate!
