Description
Paramount Records "Got The Blues" T-Shirt.

In the winter of 1926, Paramount Records brought Blind Lemon Jefferson to Chicago to record "Got The Blues", a song that would become known as a masterpiece. Released on a 10 inch 78 RPM Shellac, the song found much success.

Though Paramount Records closed in 1932, the blues music record label captured some of the greatest early blues of the 20th century, recording Ma Rainey, Blind Lemon Jefferson, Charley Patton and others.

Though the label boasted their sound came from a secretive "New York Laboratory", almost everything was recorded at the Wisconsin Chair Company in Grafton, Wisconsin. Rumor has it that when the label went out of business, employees threw some of the master recordings into the river by the building.

This is a Bluescentric Brand premium lightweight 4.2oz 100% cotton vintage style blues music t shirt. Sizes run true. Favorite tees are lighter and slightly more fitted compared to the Classic Gildan tees. You can get this shirt in any color you want, as long as it's black.
