Jimmy "Duck" Holmes is a Mississippi Bluesman if there ever was one. He's a juke joint owner and talented, award winning guitarist, and everything you'd expect to see in a Bluesman. Born to sharecropping in 1947, he was raised in Bentonia, Mississippi, which is best known for it's most famous resident, Bluesman Skip James. James was known for his unusual guitar tunings, which helped create a distinctive sound, which he described as the "Bentonia Blues Style".
